ICSP Adapters

Our ICSP™ Adapters allow for quick programming of standard DIP style PIC™ Microcontrollers. The adapters allow the user to connect an ICSP based programmer to the board and insert the DIP in the ZIF socket. For most flash based chips we suggest using the PICkit™ 2 or PICkit™ 3 programmer/debuggers from Microchip™.
The ICSP Adapters are available individually, in sets, or bundled with a PICkit 2 Programmer, PICkit 3 Programmer, or a PICkit 3 Development Kit. Jumpers on each adapter configure the adapter for the standard supported DIP pin layouts. Additionally the user can custom configure the pin layout through the use of jumpers inserted into the machined sockets aligned next to the ICSP connector and the ZIF socket.
ICSP Adapters are also available for our forthcoming premounted j1QFN28 and j1TQFP64 PIC Microcontrollers.
